TeeClub Membership Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a TeeClub Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership benefits are strictly for the named membership holder and are non-transferable. Member benefits, discounts and allocated hours may only be used by the registered member.

2. Membership Payments

  • Membership payments will be collected automatically on the 1st day of each month.

  • If a payment fails, TeeClub will automatically attempt to collect the payment again.

  • If payment remains outstanding, a member of the TeeClub team will contact you to arrange payment.

  • TeeClub reserves the right to suspend membership benefits until any outstanding balance has been paid.

3. Fixed-Term Memberships

Members who choose a 12-month membership and receive the associated discounted rate are committing to the full 12-month term.

The membership cannot be cancelled before the end of the agreed term, and all scheduled monthly payments remain payable for the duration of the membership.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bay bookings made using membership benefits are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a booking without notice, may result in the allocated booking hours or credits being forfeited.

5. Membership Hours & Benefits

  • Membership hours, credits and benefits renew on the 1st day of each month.

  • Unused hours, credits or benefits do not roll over into future months and will expire at the end of each membership month.

  • No cash alternative or credit will be offered for unused benefits.

6. Off-Peak Membership Usage

Where applicable, Off-Peak Membership hours may only be used during the following times:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Bookings outside of these times will be charged at the applicable member rate.

7. Member Discounts

Member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount unless expressly stated by TeeClub.

8. Guests

Where guest fees apply, all guests accompanying a member must pay the applicable guest fee before using TeeClub facilities or member benefits.

9. Membership Cards

Members will be issued with a TeeClub Membership Card.

TeeClub reserves the right to request presentation of the membership card or other suitable identification to verify membership before providing member benefits or discounts.

10. Misuse of Membership

Any misuse of membership benefits, including allowing another person to use your membership or attempting to obtain benefits fraudulently, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

11. Changes to Membership Terms

TeeClub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits and associated offers at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changes required due to operational requirements, promotional activity or fraudulent behaviour.

12. General

TeeClub reserves the right to refuse membership, suspend or terminate a membership where these Terms & Conditions are breached or where a member's behaviour is considered inappropriate, abusive or detrimental to TeeClub, its staff or other customers.
